Graffiti de Amor en Quito
Ecuadorian countrysides and streets are riddled with graffiti. However, it is not the typical type. Usually we associate graffiti with inner-city gangs, violence, money, drugs, curse words, vulgar drawings, etc.
However, Ecuadorian graffiti is filled with amor -- guys professing their love to their girlfriends, peaceful sayings, indigenous unity, etc. I think it is telling of how generally happy and loving Ecuadorian cultures are, and the collectivity amongst everyone.
